From Jhb take the N3 to Durban.
Take the Heidelberg North off ramp and turn left over the freeway.
Turn left after the bridge and follow the ring road around Heidelberg (do not go into the town).
At the stop street .... continue.
Turn next right onto the R549 to Vaal Dam.
Continue for approximately 45kms until you come to an intersection that says R54 left to Villiers or right to Vereeniging or straight to Deneyesville. Turn left to Villiers.
After 14kms you will see a sign board that says Vaal Marina. Turn right.
Take the Johan Le Roux Turn off. Turn left towards Meyerton.
Continue until the end of the road. Turn right.
At the petrol garage turn left, over the river bridge, and continue.
Go past the cemetery and at the stop street turn right.
Continue up over the railway bridge to the stop street.
Cross over the R42 and continue to the next intersection that says R54 left to Villiers or right to Vereeniging. Turn left to Villiers.
After approximately 34kms you will see a sign board that says Vaal Marina. Turn right.
